Seeking Qualified Team to Manage our PPC /CPA /Leads , Everything about the project

Hi Guys I am looking for a team of professional that can manage various cpa offers, offers will be Email summit, Zip summit, Ring Tones, PayDay Loans ,Dating free sign ups and paid sign ups with CC and few more as we go. You will need to start with PPC marketing for my CPA offers, this is a small part initially.I will then need you to create a basic opt in page for the product/s,which I will show you what style because we can download from the merchants site. I will then need you to get leads for my cpa [login to view URL] is the most important part in this project because money will be made HERE. You must understand how the CPA firms work so that I dont get banned from them. Some of the offers will be from USA,CANADA,UK,AUSTRALIA and plus others. We will build my offers as we go . You must be Google addwords/PPC Expert. You must be able to get me lots of email accounts (1000 a week ) You must know how to open accounts at twitter/Digg and other social sites and find me friends/lots of them I must be able to getting touch with you 24/7 by phone/skype/chat etc you must have lots of people working for you because there will be lots of data entry and downloads. Leads must be from different Ip's There are other information on how the leads must be created but I will talk to about them later on. I will not pay you UPFRONT you will get paid when I get paid This will be your project ,We will do things step by step . I want to have a team of people working for me to build my business up to creating products to creating membership sites and so on. I will not try to rib you off , I make money You Make money it will be a win win situation, I know no one will work for nothing but saying that dont try to rib me off I will terminate our relationship .
