We will keep working with sites like GAF, but we want also a good fulltime dedicated development team on our payroll. If you are freelancer or want to start up your own business, but need some financial support to do that, then you are welcome to bit on this post. Please would you read my message. I am from South Africa where we have a good source of expertise. The salaries are not as high as the USA and UK ones but they are slightly higher than some of the Eastern Countries. Communication is generally NOT a problem as English is the main language (we sometimes speak Afrikaans - a form of dutch). What I have found on a project is that often one will get a low rate but then you will struggle for an extra two weeks with communication problems. Time is important. South Africa is 3 to 4 hours behind India and 2 hours Ahead of the UK and about 6 ahead of the USA. So one does get to "see" everybody each day. South Africans are known to be extremely hard working and people of integrity and I have no doubt that they would meet your requirements. thank you.
