new web site (second attempt)

This is the second post of the same project. The first provider picked (after waiting a frustrating 10 days) could not programmatically reproduce edited copies of a web page template. Here's the situation:

The web site I need is pretty basic, 5 or 6 pages. The issue is a product sales page. There needs to be tens of thousands of these pages. The pages themselves will be almost identical. The page needs a header with banner, right and left columns with Google and other ads and a footer with sales copy and links. The center of the page will be the product data that will be retrieved via an xml call routine. All pretty straight forward. The issue is that this page needs to be reproduced thousands of times with a unique product code. The product code will be used in the title, header, (for SEO purposes)and in the xml call. There is a sequential text file containing all of the product codes. You will need to programmatically reproduce the html of this page for each of the product codes. Write a script, use a powerful text editor, write a small program in c++/VB..., load and edit a database... whatever's the easiest way to go in and replace all occurences of the product code with the new one and write out the new page. Whatever method is used I will also need to use it for any page modifications down the line or for adding new pages.

Additionally, You need to be familiar with Google's sitemap since I want to use it for all of these pages. Because of the amount of pages there will need to be an index of index pages that point to indivdual pages. You'll also need to do this work on my server so that the site map and expanded pages are there and working. The rest of the site will consist of a home page, contact us, linking, etc.

I've already been delayed so please only bid if you have immediate resources to put on this job.

Please describe to me your proposed method of accomplishing this projects cloning issue so that I know that you have the talent necessary to complete the task. The amount of time this job will take is also very important, please let me know how much time you'll need.

The budget is set at $600 payable upon completion of the job. You don't need to bid less, I will pay $600. Yes, it's probably worth more but that's what I'm willing to pay. I do have a second project right after this that will also require cloning thousands of pages. That job's worth $1200 to me and I'll give it to you as a closed bidding project if you do this one right.
