Good afternoon, I need support to carry out three communication plans for a company and two customers. Both projects must be in Portuguese or English and must contain an index: - Gantt of the project; - Graphics Visuals - PESTAL Analysis - SWOT analysis - Competitive Analysis (done by me) - Future communication plan - Examples of similar communications by American companies - Mission, Vision and Values of the company (provided by me) - Market studies - Objectives: marketing and communication - Current vs. positioning gradual positioning (where we want to go) - Target: marketing and communication Company in focus: the company that carries out the communication projects is based in Luxembourg and focuses on marketing, advertising and B2B consulting. Client companies: itself, a multimedia and audiovisual company in Portugal and an NGO in Portugal. Project 1: - Individual communication plan of the company (consulting, marketing and audiovisual company) Project 2: - Communication plan for Portuguese multimedia and audiovisual company; Project 3: - Communication plan for Portuguese NGO; The communication plans are simple PDF's or Powerpoints, they do not require a deep treatment because they will only be used as portfolio evidence, that is, the projects in evidence will not be implemented. The deadline for completion is two weeks and I will be working in collaboration with the chosen freelancer. Empresas clientes: a própria, uma empresa de multimédia e audiovisuais em Portugal e uma ONG em Portugal. Projeto 1: - Plano de comunicação individual da empresa (empresa de consultoria, marketing e audiovisuais) Projeto 2: - Plano de comunicação para empresa Portuguesa de multimédia e audiovisuais; Projeto 3: - Plano de comunicação para ONG portuguesa; Os planos de comunicação são simples PDF's ou Powerpoints, não requerem um tratamento profundo pois serão apenas utilizados como provas de portfólio, ou seja, os projetos em evidência não serão implementados. O prazo para a sua realização é de duas semanas e eu estarei a trabalhar em colaboração com o freelancer escolhido.
