Email Promotion Specialist

We are seeking for a true Email Marketing Specialist for a promotion of our website, we want to send out monthly between 12- to 24k emails + attachments. - You have to create various HTML email templates, as variations - 10 different. - You will receive 30 email text variations, which you have to implement in the email templates. - You will receive standard variables which you need to use in the email templates. - Thereby you will receive a CSV file with 12 / 24k contacts which you need to implement in the email templates (as variables) like "City", "Name", "Email address", "Website" etc. - Each email has to be send out with a 'random' (10 different) attachments, one attachment per one email. Important rules: - The HTML of emails has to be readable for all Email Clients, so simple CSS styling. - Maximum 90% bounce / spam rate, of course the less the better. - We need tracking statistics, as % email opens, % unopened, % receipients, etc. - Use high quality email servers / mailchimp / or so, to not be selected by spamfilters - Our budget is $200 per 12k emails + attachments Do this well, and you can do this every month for us, as a continuing job.
