Want to modify the existing plans to fit dept of planning requirements. Need the shed to be no more than 9'6" by 11' Need the center beam to be no more than 13' high (Planning says they will run a level line from the center beam to obtain the height of the roof, so the roof can sit on top of the beam and not count towards the 13' limit. Remove the garage door, add front door on left Add 3 'New York' style loft windows across front but not at window height, more like above door. Move the door from the side to where the garage door was I'd like a loft on the left, above the half with the door, split in the middle so the right side is open above. The ceiling height is OK if it's 7'6" - 8'3" with the loft above that. Basically I'm looking at making a studio'ish out building, and possibly some water for a shower/toilet in the future. Just want the shell up for now, and will work with you after planning OKs everything and when the build is finished/signed off Worksheds are allowed water/toilet, but not ready for that expense.
