I am currently looking at a property that I think have some potential to be a cash flowing rental property. If I buy it, it might be a joint venture with another company. I am now looking for a freelancer that might be both an residential property investor and or an architect/ technical drawer. You need to look for an economic way to utilize the property, and be able to draw it and present it in a easy way. Suggest and show easy steps for adding value to the property, both for refinancing, and add value when renting out. What's your background, and why should I select you for this small project? I attach a picture of the house, and the floor plans. The rest of the property description will follow once we have an agreement. Since the house is out on the open market now, this project need to be finished by 30/9. Looking forward to see the ideas. Thanks :-)
