We have the floor plan for the house including external dimensions. Need a structural engineer to draw up house elevation plans, wood framing plans, crawl space foundation plans. Files provided will be dwg floor plans and external renders. Experience with OVE wood framing and foundation plans would be required including knowledge of building codes in the US. The purpose of the project is just to estimate closely cost of framing and foundation so need plans drawn out for the same. The house is 4 bedroom 3 baths with a rooftop and a flat roof. 3100 sq ft. Thx
