[login to view URL] What to notice before submitting your offer 1- Note carefully how the catalog is designed. 2- Catalog sections: a- Some sections have a different layout or design than the other (means we are working on a different layout here) b- Some pages have only services solutions (they have different designs and layouts) c- Each section has a front page with a unique design d- Note that on many pages there are different images to showcase or explain more about the products. 3- Products pages: a- How products are organized to fit page size as much as possible b- Font size and position ( product name font size and position - brand name font size and position - Manufacturer name font size and position - Short description font size and position - products various options font size and position - packaging font size and position - product number font size and position - price font size and position) **Points to consider before deciding to work on this project: 1- We have about 70 manufacturers that we want to showcase their products in the catalog. 2- Each manufacturer's products number ranges from 30 - 500 products. Some of them have more. 3- Ability to publish the catalog online on our website and guide on how to do it. 4- In some pages (especially the services pages) will have a link or youtube video link to move readers there. Need to consider a good design for this. 5- It's essential and important to make the file editable and adjustable for any other work needed in the future like adding products, editing products. 6- Cloud solutions and digital solutions are welcomed on a simple budget if suggested. 7- Pictures can be found in the manufacturer's catalog, website, and other PDF catalogs. Some pictures have good pixel and size some of them not (designer must handle this issue). We will only provide the source of each product picture. Designer will handle extracting it, downloading it, enhance it, etc. 8- There will be someone to provide you with the information on each product (such as; product name, manufacturer name, brand name, description, different options, packaging, and price). 9- Work will start first on products and services pages last. 10- No flashy design needed. Simple and eye comfort design to focus on products.
