Looking for someone with experience in trc20 to build crypto payment gateway

Looking for someone with experience working with trc20/erc20. The product - crypto currency payment gateway that accepts usdt to internal trc20 wallets. Customers will transfer USDT into our wallets then we will need to be alerted programmatically. Then the platform should be able to transfer from the internal wallet to a specific trc20 address programatically as well. The payment flow will be built by my team, the ideal hire will come in as a consultant to advice on a few things - How do we generate trc20 wallets - Is there a specific platform with wallets for us to build on - Is this direction feasible, or is there a better method out there to solve this problem - how to get wallet balance through api - how to withdraw wallet to address through api - how to be alerted with webhooks or something similar when transfer comes in
