The Role: Appointment Generator We are hiring Appointment Generators (multiple vacancies): The responsibilities are identical for all hired into this role. This is a remote, full-time, commission-driven role focused on executive outreach and qualified meeting generation. This is not telemarketing. You will engage CXOs, Directors, Founders, and senior decision-makers. Ideal Candidate 2–3 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting Comfortable speaking with senior executives Strong spoken English and structured communication Confident in cold outreach Persistent and resilient under rejection Self-driven and able to work independently Comfortable in a performance-linked earning structure Familiar with CRM systems, MS Office and other work related tools/apps, etc. What You Will Do Identify and research target companies (India & global markets) Map decision-makers (CXO / Directors / Business Owners) Conduct structured outbound outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email) Secure qualified strategy appointments Maintain follow-up discipline until meeting confirmation Update CRM and maintain clean pipeline tracking data sheet What This Role Is Not Not a fixed-salary comfort role Not mass telecalling Not script-reading This is executive-level outreach requiring preparation, research, and discipline. Location: Remote. Preference: Delhi NCR based female candidates. This is a commission-based role with high-ticket exposure. Serious performers can build strong monthly income once pipeline stabilizes. Compensation Structure | Average earnings $800-3000/month Annual earnings can vary from upwards of $50k This role rewards quality over volume. You earn through: $200-$5000 in commissions Get paid even on setting up/generating qualified appointments. $2-50 for every successfully completed call.
