We are seeking a skilled and results driven Freelance B2B Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to strengthen our corporate outreach and event promotion campaigns. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying high quality business leads, building targeted mailing lists, executing professional email campaigns, and analysing performance data to improve engagement and conversions. You will work closely with our marketing and leadership team to refine targeting strategies, optimise messaging, and ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and event objectives. This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding our corporate network and driving measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Mailing List Research & Lead Qualification Research and build targeted corporate mailing lists based on defined criteria (location, industry, company size, job titles, etc.) Identify and verify decision-makers and relevant contacts Ensure all sourced data complies with Australian data privacy and spam regulations Segment lists strategically to improve campaign effectiveness Email Campaign Management Plan, build, and deploy targeted B2B email campaigns Develop structured follow-up sequences and nurture campaigns Set up automation workflows where required Monitor deliverability and maintain email list health Event Promotion & Brand Alignment Ensure all email messaging aligns with event branding and objectives Maintain a professional, compelling, and corporate tone Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and targeting Reporting & Optimisation Track key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, replies, and conversions Provide performance reports with actionable recommendations Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in B2B lead generation and email marketing. Strong experience in mailing list research, segmentation, and qualification. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as [login to view URL], Brevvo, HubSpot, or similar tools. Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and list hygiene management. High attention to detail when handling business contact data. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with campaign drafting, research, and workflow efficiency. Proactive mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement. Preferred (But Not Required) Experience promoting corporate events or B2B networking events. Experience integrating email platforms with CRM systems. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead sourcing tools. Structure & Compensation This is a freelance, independent contractor role. Compensation is performance-based. Incentives will be provided for every qualified lead that meets pre-agreed criteria.
