Work on AutoCAD Architectural drawings

I have a autocad dwg file that has been put together from multiple scanned condo drawings. Initially I need a couple things done to complete the "as built". 1. Add a layer with the water pipes to the drawing. 2. Adjust the stairs so they are only going down. (This unit is on the top floor) 3. There is a shaded layer that has the structural columns AND the cores for the doors. I need these separated so that I have the structural columns on one layer. 4. There is a large "T" shaped area adjacent to the elevator that should be a structural column.5. 5. In the corridor there should be a small room around the water heater. This is in one of the scanned drawings. 6. I want to create a few layout drawings that I can get printed on Arch D size paper at a scale of 1/4" = 1 ft. I need these setup with a professional drawing border. On structural layer move hatches on doors to a different layer - see layer hachures 4. Layer with ceiling heights cleaned up. Basically delete the hatched structure elements from this layer.
