We have current residential cad files and require floorplan changes and elevation changes. There are 6 identical joined terrace style townhouses in 1 line. Lots 17-22 I need the following changes: Use Unit 17 upstairs design for upstairs of all units and Unit 18 design for downstairs of all units Flip every second house horizontally and keep joined on bathroom and kitchen side. All Garages to remain on left hand side of blocks. Front porch to be moved and made longer (500mm in from each end of the upstairs walls) and converted to balcony with glass balustrade. Upstairs living to have 1800mm sliding door to balcony 300mm step down per unit from right to left Move downstairs alfresco to line up with upstairs alfresco. Make alfresco pitched tile roof and change house roof to tiles. Remove 2 walls of study so all living room Remove window above the alfresco in bedroom 4 Windows in Units 18-21 looking to other unit to be highlight windows. I am to own copyright for files and have files delivered in cad and pdf.
