I want to build a small cabin and need to submit plans to the state of Oregon to get building permits. It will be less than 1000 sq ft. From what I understand the plans will need to be stamped by a engineer for acceptance so may require engineer from Oregon. I uploaded a couple of conceptual ideas to work off. Any thoughts or recommendations appreciated. Thanks
