I am going to remodel my apartament WITHOUT much modification and thing as far as structure BUT the City of Miami requiers me to give Floor Plan of the apt. I have the Original Plans of the apt from the City Records, so basically is creating a new one with a few modifications. In the floor plan I will need to show: 1. Structural Engineering 2. Electrical Engineering 3. Plumbing Engineering 4. Mech Engineering Do you have a license, not sure if you are going to need it. Attached, please find the original layout of the apt. Thank you David
