I am an engineer, and in the field of construction. Now I am going to construct my own house. Although I have made a plan / elevation with help of a local Auto CAD designer (attached herewith), but I am not satisfied with it. Therefore looking for an expert Architect, who can revise my plan or create better one.

The total land is approx 14,000 sq feet (1300 sq meter) land. 94 w X 100 L is in rectangle shape, and rest land is in front but in uneven shape, can be used for garden / parking. Having slope of 10 feet (3 meter) from back side to front (west to east). We have to use approx 5,000 sq feet (475 sq meter) for construction of 3 internal units for my three brother, but front elevation looks like one unit.

Now I am expecting the Architect to make all type of planning including –

1. Working drawings

2. 2D / 3D elevation

3. Structure detail

4. Electrical plan

5. Plumbing plan

6. Furniture plan

7. 2D / 3D planning for kitchen / bathroom / living / drawing / bedroom etc.

8. Also provision for library / gym / home theater in basement area.

9. Landscaping
