This is a small parking lot that has been conceptually designed by an architect and needs to be refined to meet local (Texas, US) requirements. The scope of work includes parking lot site plan and grading, wastewater and domestic water services and storm drain sizing and layout.

The selected drafter/designer will need to complete the following:

1. Review existing civil plans (PDF's) to create an existing conditions CAD file to include streets, and utilities (must know how to interpret plan & profiles to derive elevations of street and utilities)

2. Review architectural CAD files of the proposed parking lot and convert from feet and inches to decimal feet (scale 1/12) and orient parking lot to true north per #1 above

3. Using the CAD files from 1 and 2 above as xref's, create the following sheet files using a provided titleblock: A. Civil Dimension Control Plan, B. Grading Plan, C. Utility and Storm Drain Plan, D. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan

4. Create detail sheets for paving, signage, utilities and storm drain (2-3 sheets)

An example set of plans with styles will be provided to the selected Freelancer and the deliverable's (layer, linetypes, text sizes, etc) will need to match the example.

Attached is the architectural site plan showing the site. Knowlege of sheet set manager and text fields is a plus.
