Have an asp system which calls a query from an access database to a list of products. When it returns the list, the list is not case sensitive. Meaning, the values returned are not exactly as whats in the database. An example: EDI is the product in the database. Edi shows up in the generated product list.

Given a chance, I can definitely provide the fix.
This kind of error normally doesn't arise, but from the your description i think that the asp script is extracting the data from a table in access which may have duplicate field values such as EDI, Edi and script might be getting distinct record from this. So whatever it finds first it shows...
Please provide the database and application pages where the bug is appearing...
