.Net Website 3.5 Design & Architecture Specs Needed(repost)

The purpose of this document is to ensure that all phases of the Super-Fulfillment Project are planned early, all work involved is identified and ownership of development team input tasks is established. Out of this we can establish key milestones, resource allocation, project scope, requirements and timeline. We are new to the .net 3.5 framework and would like someone with experience to help design an up to date solution. Please provide examples of previous design documents to help evaluate your bid. Also, we may offer this project for development if we feel confident in your design, so please submit examples of development if you are also interested in that. Attached is draft of requirements doc with design comps for a couple of the pages. ## Deliverables Some requirements of the project include: 1. Use of web parts on landing page to allow users to customize their home page view (with metrics or other actions) 2. Use of either style sheets or other solution to provide accessibility from Handheld devices (mobile browsers) as well as desktop browsers. 3. An n-tier design to allow for easy expansion 4. Web service API's to allow other websites to connect with and perform actions directly into the system
