Writers Needed - You Must Read Everything Carefully Before Bidding

Hello Prospective Content Partner, We are a startup, currently looking for versatile, motivated, and talented writer. VERY VERY IMPORTANT - We need only those writers who can deliver a minimum of 1500 words per day and can work with us for atleast 1 year. If you are someone with busy schedule like normal job or academic responsibilities, do not bid on this project. As a ‘Content Partner’ you are required to: Write on Diverse Topics & Subjects (examples but not limited to - Press Releases, Articles on Cryptocurrency, Marketing content for a tech firm, etc.) Take complete ownership of the work. Be Very Professional, Humble, and Honest (This is an absolute must) Submit HIGHEST QUALITY work on time. --- Our client base is very diverse and in order to cater them we need writers who can create content as per the requirement of the client. We want only those writers who can write content that have 0% plagiarism. Although not mandatory but it would be good if you have access to Copyscape Premium. --- HIRING PROCEDURE Phase 1 - Free Trial Phase I will give you few topics, you will need to select any one topic and write 300 to 500 words for the same. (No Payment in Phase 1) Phase 2 - Paid Trial Phase It is also a test phase. It will be for maximum 1 month from the date of hiring. I will give you specific topic, you will need to write content for the same, usually 500 words per topic. (Payment - INR 50 per 500 words - pro rata or fixed will be mentioned beforehand) Phase 3 - Voila! You are now a Content Partner :) Once you have cleared Phase 1 and Phase 2, then you will start getting real projects. These are the projects from actual clients. (There is no bar to payment in this phase and it will be usually over INR 80 per 500 words, it will definitely be higher than this at many times) From Phase 3 onwards, in addition to the “Fixed Payment” for each Real Project, there will also be Performance Pay/Variable Pay for some projects, you will be informed about them on per project basis. Also, there is no fixed flow of project, it will vary, we don’t generate our own project, we will give you project once we receive them from our client. So at times you may have a continuous work flow for several weeks and at times there may be no work at all. Also, the project is on hourly mode just for convenience, you will be paid a pre-agreed rate for each work irrespective of the time you spent on doing it. So, if you are looking at charging on hourly basis for any work then do not bid on this project. --- In our business we dislike few things, they are: Plagiarism - We don’t expect copy-paste work. We check each copy with premium software. We want 100% original work. Spelling Error - Well, of what use is a water bottle if it has holes. Similarly, there is no use of content if it has spelling errors. Ensure your work is free from any spelling error. Grammatical Mistakes - Content is our broccoli and lettuce (we won’t use bread and butter as we are health conscious!) Our client are from across the globe who wants content that is free from any grammatical errors. We want high-quality content in English, no other language please. Poorly written non-contextual content - In this world of competition, we are existing and growing because of high-quality work we give to our clients. As a ‘Content Partner’ it becomes your FIRST & FOREMOST PRIORITY to give our clients amazingly written work that is useful and a benchmark in the content industry. --- You will need to work on a sample content.
