In need of a highly experienced and/or aspiring writer + research assistant for help with research and potentially co-copy editing nonfiction book to be released in Spring 2018. Main topics/themes involve yoga and healthy living for men. California filmmaker + writer + yogi seeks to help more guys discover simple steps to lasting happiness, balance and health through pop-subversive, entertaining-but-informative, non-spiritual yoga memoir & guide. Featuring insights, recommendations and advice on the modern American yoga experience from a guy's perspective, actionable and easily-digestible insights and instructions to discover yoga, and also interviews with high-profile male athletes, actors, musicians and more who share their yoga origin stories, experiences and opinions, the author's main goal is to improve the quality of the lives of those least likely to take care of themselves - men. If you know how a great self-help book is designed and written (and maybe even packaged + published), and ideally if you practice yoga, would love to speak with you and determine if you're a good fit for the project. BONUS if you have novel design resources and support experience in publishing.
