Write a blog post for my company website. Topic is along these lines: ------- Why you should budget for training I see a lot of custom software projects where people focus on what they want and what it will take to build it; and the project is built successfully according to plan. But there was no budget for training. So although the customer gets the software they wanted, they can't use it. I need to prepare customers for the cost of training, which is probably a quarter to one-half of the development time. E.g., if that customization takes 10 hours to build, we should budget 2.5 to 5 hours for training. ------- Length: 500-600 words Content ownership: I will own the content created in this project, and may publish or use it as I wish, without attribution to the freelancer.
