Hello, and thank you for your inquiry.
I have trained for and competed in an Olympic-distance triathlon. Leading up to the event, I researched many different sources to determine the proper training program (I did about 12 weeks). As such, I have an insider’s perspective on the perfect triathlon training regiment for beginners and experts alike.
For example, the use of “bricks,” which is a term describing a training session in which you complete a smaller version of 2 of the 3 events, is great for more advanced participants. In a brick, I would swim 600 meters and then bike for 10 miles.
Additionally, I am a practicing physical therapist. It is my job to create and implement workout programs for people of different fitness levels and goals. If selected for this assignment, I will begin right away and complete within 2 days. Thank you and good luck,
Nik
