I'm looking to fill an ongoing position for Customer support representative for an Online shopping website in Arabic and English and French and Spanish and Russian and Portuguese and Indonesian language (bilingual applicants preferred) This position requires you to have the following: + English expertise is a must with expertise in the following: + Arabic language expertise + OR French language expertise + OR Spanish language expertise + OR Russian language expertise + OR Portuguese language expertise + OR Indonesian language expertise + (Bilingual expertise preferred) + Customer support expertise + Ability to learn fast instructions provided + Ability to troubleshoot and give solutions to customer problems + Report to manager on weekly basis about the support needs + Availability on pre-scheduled time on a daily basis and over the weekends as agreed Compensations and benefits are as follows: + Pay is per hour $3 (with 60 days reviews for raise) (extra compensation for support in 3+ languages) + Paid training sessions + Flexible hours + Work accessible online + Payments sent every two weeks
