I'm (The Host) looking for a House Sitter at my current residence to take care of my Airbnb rental operation as well as ensuring the residence is readily available for my return. The House Sitter shall do the followings but not limited to: 1) Take care cleanliness of the residence 2) Prepare the accommodation for Airbnb guests 3) Retrieve delivery package intended for Airbnb guests/ host 4) Taking care of the maintenance of the residence, should required by the host 5) Coordinate weekly house cleaning by maid 6) Replenish drinkable water I'm looking for a House Sitter who is: 1) fluent in English and local language (Malay) 2) Immaculate 3) Reachable (via email, whatsapp, etc) 4) Preferably working nearby the location of my residence should immediate assistance required 5) Organized

Dear Host, I have been living in both communal and private settings thus i believe i have the skills required to make your Airbnb coordination a smooth sailing task. I co-founded and assisted to look after an Airbnb unit run by my close friend in Casa Residency which is located Bukit Bintang area near Puduraya. I'm currently employed by Malaysia's national oil company under shipping and my office is located at the twin towers. My company's flexible working hours and my office's close proximity to your residence will allow me to visit the premise as and when required. My job is not desk-bound, and can be done anywhere, virtually.
