PAYMENT:
NOTE: Each article should be at least 2,000 words, and each writer will be paid $25 for each set of five articles he or she completes. Unfortunately, this payment is non-negotiable, so it's highly recommended that if you're interested in this writing job that you have a BIG passion for Disney World.
The good news, however, is that I have lots and lots of work for the writer that's hired (potentially 100 or more articles), so this will be a working relationship that can be very longterm--more than a year's worth of steady work. I also am very flexible will all writers I hire--I always give about one week for you to turnaround an article.
JOB DETAILS:
This job is all about writing about Disney World. You audience is going to be those that are interested in learning everything they could possibly need to know about embarking on their very first trip to Disney World.
Therefore, if you’ve been to Disney World at least a few times, if not dozens of times, there’s a good chance that this is a job for you, since you’ll be able to interweave your research with personal experience.
Specifically, I'm looking for one or two writers that can write about their favorite rides, attractions, restaurants, resort hotels, parades, events and tours (for example, the Food and Wine Festival) and more at Disney World. If hired, you will likely be given a specific resort or restaurant or attraction or ride or event to write in-depth about, and you will need to convey to the reader what this attraction or restaurant or resort is all about, what can one expect from it, what it's like to experience it, what you feel are the pros and cons, whether it maybe is appropriate or ideal for young children, etc.
And, just to be clear, when I say Disney World, I am referring to all of these parks or locations:
-Magic Kingdom
-Animal Kingdom
-Hollywood Studios
-Epcot
-Disney Springs/Downtown Disney
-Typhoon Lagoon
-Blizzard Beach
GUIDELINES:
This is a job where you will have a lot of free reign to write how you'd like. You're even free to write in first person. With that said, you will be asked to include a handful of small things in your articles--like bolded keywords or a bulleted list, for example.
