A domestic cleaner needed to make a sterile-like apartment in the eastern Beijing

No (we can communicate and translate via WeChat) - Money paid via Milestone Payments (will not pay via WeChat) - Needs own equipment More details: I need a detail-oriented cleaner for my apartment. I just moved-in to my new apartment; however, I believe it needs further cleaning, so it is "sterile" (a.k.a. very-well cleaned). The location of the apartment is in this area: 朝阳区高碑店陈家 (check it on Baidu for reference and I will provide you with the exact address later). It is a 10-minute walk from Sihui East subway station on line 1 in the east of the Beijing city. I need it done today, tomorrow, or in 2 days at the latest. The working hours are late in the evening (after my work), which is 7:30pm onwards. I believe it should take you around 2–3 hours to complete the task, while the working area is about 40 square meters. Before I moved-in, the apartment was just slightly tidied with the floors swiped. The apartment "pretends" to be clean, but it still needs a throughout cleaning. I mean, all the kitchen and bathroom should be brushed. Mirrors and windows cleaned. The dust from aircon (and wherever you can find it) should be removed. I want to make sure that I have nothing to worry about when I wake up in the morning and step on the floor with a bare foot. Neither, I'd like to be worried about my food if I prepare it on the table in the kitchen (will it get poisoned by a million of kitchen bacteria / dirt that is over there?). If you find it useful, I'm even good if you want to disinfect the apartment with alcohol. As long as you make it close-to-sterile, then I'm all good. I pay a very decent, cleaning rate in Beijing: 40 RMB/hour (or rather the equivalent in USD since I have USD on my account in Freelancer.com). Important: the person should bring own equipment (I only have a small brush, a pair of protective gloves and a very small rug and a bucket). For the consumable household cleaning substances (like dishwashing liquid, bleach, other detergents), I am happy to re-compensate the cost of the used substances (just give me the rough amount). You may also feel free to buy it all and leave in my apartment for the future use – naturally, I will refund the cost + give a tip for your time on buying the stuff -- > max. 40 RMB. Consumable cleaning substances that I have: 1 bottle of a dishwashing liquid, a half-full bottle of a toilet bleach.
