Looking for someone who can animate 5min 2D cartoon clips kind of like any 2D Disney Channel, Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon show. Should be able to deliver decent quality animation while keeping the budget not too high. The clips will be about a group of girls like Winx Club, Bratz or Monster High. One 5min clip shouldn't cost more than 2000$ in production. Not sure what kind of quality I can expect for that budget. I have to see the portfolio and what the person can deliver. I uploaded two example pictures from others shows.
