Create a simulated animation training game.

We are looking for a freelancer/vendor to create a simulated animation training game. Here is a sample of what we are looking for. Download and open the file on a PC to see the Rosie 1 Training Simulation Game:[login to view URL] ***MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD AND PLAY THE GAME IN LINK ABOVE SO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT WE NEED DEVELOPED*** The game above will be similar to what we need done, but ours will be longer and have more characters/persons in the simulated game. We have also attached a word document with the full branching scenario. This is a draft example and it may change slightly. Please make sure to review the word file and also download The vendor would need experience developing animations/games. The game needs to work on PCs and MACs. You can use whatever software is appropriate to develop. You will be responsible for the full development of the game including animation work, on screen texts, quality assurance and testing. You will also be responsible for providing voices in the training game for the characters. The voices should have North American/Canada English dialect. Make sure you bid accordingly. DO NOT low bid, and message us later. We want a company or freelancer with experience who bids appropriately.
