create an animated online web presentation

Teaching the art of counting cards in the game of blackjack for profit. Showing how counting cards and studying the charts will swing the game to the player. This is a long term strategy that will give the player an advantage for great profit potential. We have been playing this game for years and beating the casinos in the long run. Now we would like to share our information through a membership based website that will show anyone that can learn a few charts and do simple math, how to beat the game of blackjack in the long run. An outline will be provided to the person that is able to construct this animated video online course. We will provide the voice recordings (this is not yet created) and you will sync the voice to an animated character that our team will agree to have present the content. We are looking for someone to have a simple program or application for this type of project. We have logos, a website, and this is the last item to complete the business. Videos will include: Information on card values Hi-Lo counting Advanced counting Will need to show Deck playing cards for demo purposes ( you will need to provide this) Text will need to appear on the screen for titles and card count purposes Bet regiment How to bet When to stop playing due to a negative card count (This puts the player at disadvantage) We will answer any questions that you have. Again, We will provide the voice over content, and the layout of the outline for organization purposes. Multiple videos will be provided. We are trying to keep the video series short and concise. We are trying to keep only the content needed for a player to be proficient as a card counter. This will end as a video course for a membership based website.
