Blueprint - Wire Frame Style 3D Animation

We have a client who needs a video produced which includes a future “ecology Park” recycling plant to be shown. This would involve us filming the location with ad drone and then animating an interpretation of what the site could become in the future onto the site. We are looking at a ‘tech’ feel with the buildings being a blueprint style and digital banners hovering around the buildings. There are no actual plans for the park yet, only a rough idea of ‘what it could be’ so we would supply reference and then have you build basic buildings to match. We are looking for a 3D Video Animation which can be added into the drone footage We’re trying to get across the companies vision for the future, full of technology so I think we’ll be keeping it in a wireframe style with glow and fold down signage outlining the types of buildings.
