Animation Videos (commercials and Explainer videos)

We are looking for a freelancer or small animation studio to use their services for creating series of Animation Videos.
Our current requirement is for 2 explainer videos and 6-8 commercials. With that, we would have additional projects in the future...so this is only the beginning...
All videos would be used solely for social media and YouTube.
All videos 40-60 seconds.
Videos should be of high quality (Full HD quality)
Animation should be 2D
For all commercial need to use the same character and design guidelines so it would be clear all commercial are connected and are part of one brand
We seek for a professional animator, such that did several commercials and animated explainer videos in the past. We would provide the script for each video as well as the voices. The animator will be responsible to create the characters and all visuals.
