.NET Developer needed to built back/front-end for engineering calculations web app

The project idea is to offer users an engineering calculation forms to be filled and calculated on server and display results to user in a real time. This is done by running specific calculation algorithm compiled to DLL file and uploaded on the server by admin. Requirement for this project is mainly back-end .Net with bits in front-end (JS). Website HTML/Angular/VueJS templates are available and can be provided to speed up development. Calculation engine has been partially developed by previous developer but not finalised (source code can be provided). I attach project checklist and site map below.
