Angular drag and drop

Hello, note: do not use jquery, pure angular required. Task must be based MEAN stack. Using Angular 1 and  Mongoose as object modeling. I have a collection 'Users', each user has a property 'tasks' (a list of todos), and each task has two properties: title and priority (numeric value from 1 to infinte). I need to be able to drag and drop the element of the list and update the list on the database (on drop).
