I need to have 2 fairly straightforward macros written for Outlook 365, that will be tied to a hotkey combination (whatever hotkey combos make sense)
The first macro will delete all emails in the "Clutter Folder" then delete all emails in sent Items, then delete all emails in the Junk folder and then finally empty the deleted items folder. When you press the hotkey combination it will first ask via pop-up if you actually want to do this.
The second macro will Sort all item in the inbox by the "from" field and then "collapse" each sender, meaning I don’t see the individual emails , just the senders group.
