Solitaire bot

I need a solitaire bot created that will suggest the next best move for a particular solitaire game. The bot will not be playing the game it will just need to give me the best move for that particular turn. The game is played on an android app (I will provide the specific app later). It doesn't matter to me if another app with the suggested move is created or if the suggested moves are created on a separate PC (it would probably be easier to scrape the screen if the software were designed on a separate PC). You can decide how to connect the phone app to the PC if that is the route you decide. This app doesn't need to be pretty at all as long as it functions. It will be for my use.
