I am reposting this job as the developer I chose disappeared. I have a Microsoft Access database that I would like update and a new user interface created when entering stats. I do not want it web based I would love the ability to use this program on an Android tablet or phone so I can enter the stats at my game. I want the ability to import these stats into the main MS-Access program on a PC. I also want to have the ability to enter the stats from paper onto my PC.
