Need Android 4.1 crash logs for existing game

We currently have a game available on the Play Store. Right now, it's crashing on Android 4.1 devices and we are unable to replicate the problem internally (we don't have such a device). What we require:

1) Someone to replicate the error on their device

2) Send us the android console logs generated (adb logcat)
