Cross Platform "One Click" Smart TV "Mirroring" App, EXPERT ONLY! -- 8

This is an EXPERT level project and is technical in design, highly experienced developers only please. The project is to create a “one click” (or as few clicks as possible really) app, that will connect the user to a scheduled net meeting invite and link and share/mirror that device to the nearest smart tv (or tv w/dongle, ie Cromecast, etc.). This needs to be a cross-platform app compatible with Windows, Android, iOS, and Mac. The selected developer will build the main "app" in a cross platform solution (AIR, Cordova, Xamarian, what is your best suggestion and experience?) The app will communicate via API with the user’s Microsoft calendar. I think this has to be via Azure, since there is apparently some limitation with the API and its in beta or something like that, but the client does has a new Azure environment that can be utilized to link with the Microsoft calendar via Azure) The “app” will then check the calendar via preset user settings to see what the next scheduled “net meeting call” invite is scheduled for, that day in the calendar its looking in. It will check the next 15 min and previous 15 min for any invites, then via API it will open the appropriate program for the call via either; WebEx, Bluejeans, or Lync. We will utilize these 3 "net meeting" programs API. Next, via an open-source “mirroring” software API the user’s device will pair with the smart TV in the meeting room, or (via dongle for “dumb” tvs), share the screen, and make the call. I have done some research on an open source "mirroring" solution called “Connect” and it appears to be suitable for our needs I think. One thing I want to try is to possibly intercept the data coming into the mirroring software since its open source, and see if we can automate the pairing process by picking up the code from the tv and writing some kind of process that automatically pairs it. The client wants to implement Cisco Intelligent Proximity Technology into this process somehow but I am not certain if we can or not. The client asked to implement for security and automating the process more when joining a meeting. I have some links to this Cisco tech for research. There are some more finer details for these points, but this gives you a general overview. So we need to review these diff APIs and various tech and solutions will all work for it, and/or what we need. I am looking for someone with the skills and experience to handle it. IMPORTANT NOTE: I have listed the bid range from $1500 – $3000 but I am working on a tight budget with this, and the lowest bids in this range are who will get my attention! I will pay 50% of your fee into the project escrow at 50% completion of the work. Upon completion and approval by the client the balance 50% will be funded and the full payment released to you. The selected developer will be able to retain the project source files until after you are paid in full on completion of the project and client approval. There will be NO upfront escrow/milestone payments. Deposits/escrow payments being paid up front, before any proof of production has been shown, has been an issue. Many developers here will claim to have the skills to do the work, then start, and then decide they can’t do it. Then they either steal the deposit, or the funds are tied up in Freelancer for weeks.
