Build an app for android with the below description

-The app must have 3 user roles (Admin, Scout and Player)

-Both scout and Player will be able to add relevant information to their profiles upon registration which will discussed along with the visibility settings.

-Player must be able to upload videos of a specified length with a minimum quality of 360p, the video must have all playback buttons and certain metrics such as views and so on.

-The scout must be able to view the videos uploaded by the player and be able to enquire about it through communication to the admin

-A payment/invoice system/Api will need to be integrated as well

-The admin must have super powers and access over all the above mentioned features
