But my app will deliver marijuana. Now New York you can have up to 3oz of marijuana and 24 grams of concentrate on you. So do I need a license or do the drivers that sign up to my app to deliver marijuana need one as long as they stay within 3oz of marijuana and 24grams of concentrate when delivering for the app. And can I expand my app to other states? ================================================================================== I am looking to have an app made just like doordash and grubhub that deliver food.
