Android System Manipulator (About Root/Unroot & Emulator/Device States)

Installed apps on an Android phone can work differently if the phone they are installed is rooted or unrooted and the device is emulator or real device. In any case, I am looking for someone who can develop software that will ensure the applications to perceive the phone information they have been installed as "Unrooted and Real Device" and to operate according to this information. This software can be an Android app that can manipulate other app perceptions. It would be nice if this setting can be turned on and off separately for each application. If the system is not able to be manipulated in this way, explanations should be made, along with evidence of why this cannot be done.
