Android studio app development (Slot mini game devolopment and integration)

I need an slot machine mini game added to my existing android studio app. It working over api with php website backend and stores the data on a MySQL dB. The game need to add the won points. To the user account point balance. The game needs to add visiable transactions in the transactions tab. Every spin needs to cost points for an try to spin the slot machine. The maximum project budget is 30$ don't ask for more, this is the maximum budget that can be paid.
