Building an human behaviour analyses programm with IP Camera

System Requirements • All codes will be windows. • Devices will be integrate to the bus and all the alarms that devices will create, the server at the cloud will write on database and this system that on the server will provide API to take these informations. API will include: o Bus informations o The information of devices that integrates on the bus o Will transmit all alarms from bus’ devices (E.g The fight at A bus X device, date,alarm ) • Restfull method will be used for gain Access. • Programmwill work indoor • At day/night in the zone of 30 meters the system will create online alarms for fights and will send the alarms to the server system on cloud • At day/night in the zone of 30 meters the system will create online alarms for people fights and will send the alarms to the server system on cloud • At day/night in the zone of 30 meters the system will create online informations of a bus’ capacity of people with counting people (e.g. now 30 people in the bus, 20 people in the bus,35 people in the bus) transiently and will send the alarms to the server system on cloud • An admin terminal will be created also a dashboard will be creating to log the informations of fights , falls,human countings and alarms • We will take source codes. • Server will be expelled to our Turkish servers by us. That is why informations giving to he cloud will be able to expell to the internet. The deadline is until 10 February
