Restructured their sales approach and sales delivery system. Worked with their sales team to help deliver valve to the customer. This resulted in the company profit growth in less than 3-month had increased by $130K per month. This was done by clearly identifying who the ideal clients were and tailoring the marketing to reflect who the company wanted to work with. This was done on many different levels. which include but not limited to online video marketing, Webinar marketing, YouTube and Facebook marketing. This was also achieved by reviewing what customer issues with the service they received were and what they were asking for from the company. With this information I was able to show were improvement where needed. I worked for a brick and mortar refrigeration and air condition company that have 7 across Ontario. I was able to look and research each of the 7 offices to know if the target market they were looking at was commercial or residential. With that knowledge, I was able to help the business to determine who their client base was and how to attract the proper clients depend on location. I analyze how the head office was run and was able to help the company be more effective with who looked after what area so that when a customer called the head office there were always directed to the same person. I designed and help to implement a more effective billing which in return fewer invoices were missed and less billing errors occurred.
