We are currently using ZohoOne suite including Zoho Inventory and have carried out a physical stock take of products in our warehouse - when coming to enter this onto the system we discovered that ZohoInventory does not have a 'Stock-Take' function as standard and we had to create manual item adjustments for each product (approx 550 product lines) - what Zoho didn't tell us is that these adjustments are based on the 'accounting' stock rather than the 'physical' stock and adjustments are made to both figures - whereas we need our 'accounting' & 'physical' stock figure to be the same in order to move forward with accuracy - can anyone help with sorting out the ensuing mess as Zoho themselves are next to useless and there are no reliable partners in the UK

Hi, I understand that Zoho doesn't have stock taking adjustment feature but there is certainly a way to make your Zoho inventories equal to Physical inventories in terms of quantity and value. Also you will know how much inventory loss occurred with stock take. I will do my workings in excel and then adjust in Zoho. Thanks

You can create a custom function which will process all of your products by using Zoho Inventory API, and do the matching as you expect here. The custom function can be set as a trigger based execution, e. g. : when a stock changed or by certain of time schedule. Using this method you can make it processed good at all without manual handle. The script will be written in Zoho Deluge scripting. Let me know your feedback
