Help with Business Finance, bank reconsiliations, cash slow reports

This could be a long term project for the right person or group. We have clients in the home health area. We are looking first for someone to do bank reconsiliations daily and generate cash flow reports. The average agency will have between 10-15 new daily. This project requires that the bank reconsiliation be completed by 9AM Chicago time. The banks do their processing at about 3AM Chicago time, so this projects has a 5 hours window to be completed each day - 4am to 9am chicago time. 1. you will log onto the bank in View Only mode. you will print out a daily statement, 2. you will then log into Quickbooks Online 3. first you will enter any new transactions that have not already been recorded, like debit charges. Occasionally there may be a new check that has not been recorded, you will go to the bank acount, click to see the image of the check and then record it. If you cannot figure out what account it belonbs t will send me an email and I will make the determination. 4. then you will reconsile the bank account. 5. Then you will print out the bank reconsiliation and log into Google docs. 6. you will create the daily cash flow report in Google docs. this takes abouit 5 minutes. We will provide a great deal of training for this project. when you demonstrate that you can complete accuracy on your first client, in the the bank reconsiliation, we will ad additional clients. Over the next year, we will have 150 clients to add. We will also add additional projects like payroll data entry. The best way to bid the bank reconsiliation projects is on a client basis per day. Then as we add clients, the amount is easly calculated. You should be able after training to do a complete bank reconsiliation and cash flow report in less than 30 mintes, possible 15 minutes. Requirements. 1. you must speak excellent American English. 2. you must be a certified accountant or CPA. 3. You must have 1-2 years experience. We will provide a test reconsiliation to see if you can do the job correctly.
