Update Theme on existing site

I'm looking for someone with good English language skill to do some Wordpress tasks for me. Initially the project is to convert an existing site from the current template (Thesis) to a new theme (Theme X - [login to view URL]). The site: [login to view URL] Theme X has a Portfolio built into it. That portfolio can do video. We'll need to make a separate portfolio item for each video. I'll be available to help with this work. There is nothing involved with this project that I can't do or haven't already done in the past. What I want is someone who will to work for me and with me on this project and, I hope, other projects in the future. I can offer employment from anything from a few hours per week to 10-20 hours per week. Primarily I'm looking for an applicant with good English and Wordpress skills. Future projects could involve taking information from journals or other websites and using that information to make pages on our sites. Other skill that would be useful for increasing project opportunists would be CSS, graphic design and advanced Wordpress skills. Mainly I just want someone who is intelligent, who understands the tasks , can learn on the job, and who has good English language skills.
