Hi, I'm Matt and might help you (22 years of webmastering and multimedia work). Do you have clear images or videos as vector based data e.g. images in SVG or AI (Adobe Illustrator format)? I can morph - and animate - images using javascript library and screencast the animation to a video (background can be removed in the video software if I set a web page background to green or blue for green screen effect). I can vectorize images if they are clear (that's why I'm asking you this) because I use automatic software for that and later manually tweak SVG files and animate them. Having graduated with a degree in Animation, I have animated countless 2D and 3D projects using Adobe After Effects, Flash and Photoshop. As you will see from my showreel on my profile, I am experience in VFX, compositing, lighting, rotoscoping and character design. One solution is to animate the morph in Adobe Flash. The final export will be a vector file so it can be scaled up as you wish at any resolution. I will 'inbetween' the animation by hand and have the girl transform in to a majestic horse smoothly at either 24fps or 30fps, just like in the video reference. If required I can add texture and grain in to the silhouette for a more realistic and organic appearance. We can discuss this in greater detail.
